Mr. Abdulaziz Mohammed AlOnaizan Chairman of the Board is currently the CEO and member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Bank Albilad. Among other current positions, he is also the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee of Albilad Capital. Mr. AlOnaizan is a seasoned banker with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of treasury, investment, risk, credit, strategy, and leadership. Mr. AlOnaizan attended various executive courses and programs, most prominently the Executive Education at INSEAD Singapore and the IESE Business School Global CEO Program in Barcelona, Spain. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Methods and operations research from King Saud University College of Business Administration.

Dr Tariq AlNaeem has around 20 years of professional experience, mostly in the financial services industry. He is presently the CEO for the Water Transmission & Technologies Company, a state-owned Company responsible for developing, funding, constructing, and operating infrastructure projects, primarily in the Water sector. He previously held multiple executive positions, in both public and private sectors, most notably, CEO for Medgulf Insurance, CMA board commissioner, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Commerce & Investment, Strategy GM at AlRajhi Bank group, Asset Services GM at Tadawul Stock Exchange. He is presently and has also been a board member at a number of public and private organizations. Tariq has a PhD in Information Systems from UNSW (Sydney, Australia), and BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from King Saud University.

Eng. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Alkhorayef is a board member specializing in empowerment and focusing on all employment-related activities for MHRSD, HRDF, CITC, NCPD, by establishing and managing initiatives, programs and projects to reach.

He holds a Master›s degree in Engineering Sciences and Manufacturing Systems Management from Cranflyde University from the United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from King Saud University, and is Vice President of Takamol Business Services and Several members, including Vice Chairman of Fall Water and Energy Technology, have over 15 years of experience in the construction and management of manufacturing and energy systems.

Dr. Naif A. Al Baz is an executive officer with experience in banks and non-bank financial institutions. He is currently the Chief Risk Officer of Gulf International Bank and Board Member at Bayan Credit Bureau. Before that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Gulf Finance (DGF), an affiliate of Deutsche Bank between Jan 2013 and October 2016. Before joining DGF, he worked at SAMBA Financial Group for the period between 2000 and 2013 in several senior managerial positions including corporate banking, risk committee, SMEs, treasury, and investment banking. He holds a BS in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals; and an MBA from King Saud University. Naif also holds an International Executive Doctorate degree from Cranfield University. He has obtained courses in leadership from INSEAD as well.

Mr. Yousef Mohammed AlKheleiwi “Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Governance, Compliance and Risk Committee, Member of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, specializes in the field of corporate governance and legal advice. He holds a Bachelor of Systems from King Saud University and graduate courses in economics, and is currently working as Executive Director of Governance, Secretary General of Bank Albilad and General Manager of Affairs He has more than 30 years of experience in several banks in the field of law, governance, debt handling and administrative services. He also attended many courses in related fields at specialized training institutes.

Mr. Meshary Abdulaziz AlJubair, member of the Nominations and Rewards Committee, specializes in Information Technology, Operations, and Shared Services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, and is currently Vice President – Head of the Shared Services Group of alinma bank, and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors for the Saudi Financial Technology Company. He has 30 years of experience in the financial and telecom sectors in the field of Information Technology, Information Security, Planning, Business Continuity, Operations, Facilities Management, and Shared Services.

Dr. Khaled Bin Abdulaziz Al-Ghoneim, Board member, is the founder of Hawaz that specializes in behavioral economy and digitization. He is also the co-founder of Mozn which focuses on AI and data science. Prior to founding Hawaz, He established Takamol in his role as the Chairman and CEO. Takamol was established to support the MoL+ entities (MoL, HRDF, TVTC, GOSI) in achieving a lasting labor market impact in an innovative and sustainable way.

Dr. Khaled held a wide range of leadership positions in the areas of Information Technology, including the Group CEO of Saudi Telecom Company (STC). He was also the founding CEO of Elm Information Security, where he was able to cultivate the company into exceptional growth rates, launching it from a small cost center to a large profit-making entity.

Dr. Khaled started his professional career three decades ago as an assistant professor at King Saudi University. In 2001, he was elected as the chairman of the Saudi Computer Society, where he had the opportunity to lead KSA’s first IT strategic plan. Since then, he has become a pioneer in KSA’s IT industry for his business transformation skills.

Mohammed Al-Malki is the Vice Governor of Funding at Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at”, Saudi Arabia. His experience spans for more than 29 years of diverse expertise in financial sector in both semi-government and private sectors. Prior to joining Monsha’at, he held senior positions with leading organizations i.e. KASB Capital, Capital Market Authority, Samba Financial Group and Riyad Bank. His expertise includes Capital Markets and Banking products & services, regulatory oversight, governance, auditing, compliance, etc. Mohammed holds an MBA from Alfaisal University.

Mr. Haitham Tofik Alforaih is an experienced investment professional with over 16 years direct experience in fund management.
